Start my diet!!!!!

This is the time for me to start my diet seriously because I hate to see my reflection from mirrors or windows. Indeed, I don't think the reflection is me or even the person I don't know. Where is the beauty me?????

So this morning I wake up 8.30 am and have a morning walk outside for 10mins. what's a good start. After the walk, I did some workout in my room for about 10mins. Will continue to this exercise since this is the good way to lose weight.

as for the meal, below with the meals i taken:

Breakfast: Biscuit

Lunch: Pork Bun

Dinner: spaghetti

Today I'm still continue my morning walk, today I had 20 mins walk and 5 mins walkout!!! Good Job !!!!!

This house comes with;

4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining room and 1 laundry room. Centralized air-con and heater and fan, kitchen cabinet and all closet and toilet cabinet included. Last but not least, jacuzzi also included in the master bedroom.

which mean u only just bring ur body in then thats it!

Located in the foothills west of Fort Collins, Colorado at an elevation of 5,430 feet, Horsetooth Reservoir is 1,900 acres of water surrounded by 2,000 acres of public land. It is popular for fishing, boating, water-skiing, and camping. This 6.5-mile reservoir is open year round and is a part of the Colorado-Big Thompson Project operated by the Bureau of Reclamation and the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District. The purpose of this water project is to divert water from the west slope to the east slope for drinking water, irrigation, and hydropower generation. The Bureau of Reclamation is solely responsible for power generation. The agencies jointly manage water levels for irrigation, municipal and industry use.
